Roee is a director at Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. He has been a commercial real estate broker and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2006. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 and since then has had a strong track record of brokering retail and single tenant net leased assets including, restaurants, drug stores, automotive products and more. He is an expert in the field of Net Lease and Sale-Leaseback Transactions, selling hundreds of millions in transaction volume and evaluating over a billion dollars ($USD) in assets for clients nationwide. Roee has close relationships with some of the nation’s largest franchisees, franchisors, publicly traded REITs, private equity firms, high net-worth principals and developers. His achievements in the field have awarded him with multiple awards.
Roee has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University with a concentration in Real Estate, a four year program which is ranked as 4th in the world in the field of study. Additionally, Roee holds a commercial broker’s license in both Georgia and Florida.
Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Roee served as a principal at King David Properties, a family owned and operated retail shopping center owner. In addition, Roee served in the Israeli Air Force and reached the ranking of First Sergeant. While in the Air Force, Roee learned to work with people of diverse backgrounds in high pressure intense situations.

Leeor is an associate of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. He has been a real estate agent and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2006. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and was able to generate a portfolio of net-leased listings in a very short period of time.
Leeor graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with Honors from Southern Poly Technic State University in Marietta, Georgia. Additionally, Leeor holds a salespersons license in both Georgia and Florida.
Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Leeor served as a managing partner at King David Properties, a family owned and operated retail shopping center owner. His role involved day to day leasing activities with prospective tenants and the ongoing management of shopping centers. Leeor, too, served in the Israeli Air Force and reached the ranking of First Sergeant. During his service, he gained a strong focus and discipline which today he uses to achieve his and the clients’ goals.

Ron Ben-Moshe, the oldest of the three Ben-Moshe Brothers, is a commercial real estate attorney and partner at McCLURE & KORNHEISER, LLC, a sophisticated real estate law firm. Ron’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, multi-family and retail development, office and retail leasing, lending and joint ventures. He provides legal services in the full range of commercial real estate, including due diligence investigation, acquisition and development financing, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and investment. He has represented several regional and national banks, national retail tenants, grocery supermarkets, apartment developers, office developers, retail developers, industrial developers, real estate investors, real estate management companies and more.
Ron graduated from Georgia State University with a Juris Doctor in 1995 and graduated from Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance in 1999. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in 1992. He has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1995.
Ron provides the team with answers to legal questions, on an as needed basis, and is available to assist clients with representation upon engagement.
Michal Ben-Moshe is an expert in marketing and branding. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the College of Management, Tel-Aviv Israel, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Open University, Tel-Aviv Israel. With five years of experience and education in marketing, Michal has extensive experience in a wide variety of marketing tactics, including: brand awareness, advertising, PR, social media, SEO and more. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Michal served as a Brand Manager in the cosmetic industry and served in the Israeli Military. Michal's skills and knowledge in marketing ensure the best appearance and exposure to our team and clients.
Jannett Zabalo has over 17 years of professional experience in commercial real estate management positions and has been serving as an Operations Manager for over 12 years. Jannett supports our team by providing us with national representation agreements and out of state documents for our exclusive listings. She is responsible from the initial input of listings into our proprietary MNET system and updates properties to under contract and closed status, all in sync with Marcus and Millichap’s 85 offices nationwide. Prior to joining, Jannett served as office manager for one of the largest property management companies in South Florida for 8 years. Jannett’s dedication assures that our deals will get the highest amount of exposure with utmost confidentiality to protect our clients as possible.
Yomaveling Angulo has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Peter’s University. As an Assistant Operations Manager she supports our team with administration and transactional tasks, technology, software and marketing tools. Prior to this position, Yomaveling Worked at the New Jersey Marcus & Millichap and served as a Human Resource Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Yomaveling always strives to helping out our team to ensure we meet our highest quality standards and to leverage our time and productivity.
Erica Velazquez has 13 years of experience as an administrator and has an Associate’s degree from Miami Dade Community College. As a Brokerage Administrator, Erica works closely with our team to provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services, including: answering phone calls, filing, faxing processing mail, order office supplies, welcomes and greets visitors and more. With her great interpersonal skills Erica helps us to serve the needs of our clients in an efficient and productive manner.
Our team is part of the Miami, Florida office of Marcus & Millichap, which is managed under the guidance of Kirk Felici (Broker of Record License # 672851). Kirk was named regional manager in 2005 and was elected first vice president in 2012. Before assuming his current position, Felici served as sales manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. He is a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business marketing and management. Mr. Felici provides our team with professional guidance throughout the brokerage continuum.
